Hello, I'm Léone.
I help SMEs get the marketing they deserve, without having to build a team.
For more than 15 years, I worked in marketing in demanding environments, particularly in financial services in Canada. There I learned one thing: a good strategy is worth nothing if nobody has the time to carry it out.
I've built my life between Madagascar, France, Canada and now Spain. This journey gives me a global perspective: I've seen very different businesses, customers and cultures, and I've learned to find what works, whatever the context.
Helping teams build their marketing plan and carry it out was already part of my work in recent years, in my latest roles in financial services. In 2024, I made the move to do it independently, for SMEs that don't have a marketing team.
It's for them that I surrounded myself with the Namakos: a team of operational marketing executives whom I recruit, train and support to execute marketing plans. My clients have a clear strategy and a team to put it into action.
